Minutes saved per OPD session
versus handwriting
The problem

Your OPD ends 45 minutes late. Every single day.

Not because you're slow. Because handwriting takes time — and every illegible Rx means a pharmacy callback that interrupts your next consultation.

  • OPD overruns 30–45 minutes daily because of handwriting time
  • Pharmacy calls interrupt next consultation — illegible drug names
  • No voice Rx tool supports Telugu code-switched speech — until now
  • All existing tools are HMS-embedded — solo clinics locked out

What you get

Built for AP/Telangana solo clinics.

Not a generic voice tool. Not a platform with voice bolted on. SvaraRx is prescriptions-only, for the doctor you actually are.

Telugu-native STT
Custom-trained IndicWav2Vec handles Telugu, Hindi, and English in the same sentence. Drug names in English mid-Telugu dictation — corrected automatically.
Core differentiator
Clinical safety flags
Allergy alerts, drug-drug interaction checks (OpenFDA), pediatric dose warnings, Schedule H1/X detection. Red flags block approval until dismissed.
Speciality templates
GP, Paediatrician, Cardiologist, Dermatologist, Gynaecologist, Diabetologist. Fields adapt per speciality. Drug interactions weighted accordingly.
Multi-doctor profiles
One clinic subscription, multiple doctor profiles. PIN lock per doctor. Compounder role with restricted access. Clinic admin view for volume data — not content.
Your letterhead. Your PDF.
Upload your existing letterhead or build from scratch. Live preview. Multiple locations. PDF legally compliant per Rule 65(10) D&C Rules 1945.
Shareable prescription link
Receptionist generates a 72-hour link per prescription. Shares via WhatsApp personal, SMS, or QR — no Meta API needed. Works from day one.
Legal validity

100% legal. No caveats.

A voice-generated, printed-PDF prescription is legally valid for in-person clinic consultations in India. Punjab & Haryana HC (August 2025) explicitly directed doctors to use digital prescriptions.

Industry standard adopted by
PractoApollo1mgAugnito
All use typed name + registration number. No DSC. SvaraRx adopts the same defensible standard.
Rule 65(10) D&C Rules
All mandatory fields enforced. PDF generation blocked if any required field is missing.
NMC Code Clause 1.5
Drug names auto-formatted to CAPITALS on every PDF output. Compliant by default.
Audit trail
Immutable timestamp + SHA-256 hash per prescription in PostgreSQL. Cannot be altered after approval.
DPDP Act 2023
Patient consent in Telugu + English at first registration. AWS Mumbai storage. Data retained in India.
Schedule H1/X auto-handling
System detects controlled substances automatically, generates duplicate PDF, prompts for two signed copies, logs separately with timestamp. Compliant with Rule 65 pharmacy retention requirements.

FAQ

Questions you'll actually ask.

Real objections, direct answers. No marketing fluff.

Yes. A voice-generated, printed-PDF prescription is legally valid for in-person clinic consultations in India. No statute prohibits it. Punjab & Haryana HC (August 2025) explicitly directed doctors to use digital prescriptions. Ministry of Health uses voice-to-text in government eHospital. No platform (Practo, Apollo, 1mg, Augnito) uses DSC — all use typed name + registration number. SvaraRx follows the same industry standard.
Telugu is SvaraRx's core differentiator — not an afterthought. The model is custom-trained with Telugu + Hindi + English code-switching, specifically for AP/Telangana clinic dictation patterns. This means you can say "patient ki METFORMIN 500mg BD iyyandi" mid-sentence and SvaraRx handles it correctly. All 4 competitors are English/Hindi only.
No. SvaraRx is standalone — it works alongside your existing setup. Paper records, billing software, whatever you use stays. SvaraRx adds one thing: voice-to-prescription. Your compounder can use it, or you can use it directly. Zero workflow disruption is a design requirement, not a marketing claim.
Every prescription goes through a review screen before the PDF is generated. All fields are editable inline — you correct any error in the field, then approve. Low-confidence fields are highlighted in amber so you know what to check. Nothing is printed until you press Ctrl+Enter or tap Approve.
SvaraRx supports the two-person flow natively. Compounder gets their own profile with restricted access — they can monitor the screen, help with patient selection, and approve on the doctor's instruction. They cannot edit prescription content or access other doctors' records. The interface requires zero training for a compounder.
Yes. All paid plans include free concierge migration for up to 200 patient records. Sarwagyna's team does the data entry — you just hand over the register or a basic digital file. Name, age, sex, phone, known allergies — that's all we need for V1. Most tier 2/3 clinics have under 200 active patients, so this covers the majority at zero cost.
Yes. All data is stored on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). AES-256 encryption at rest. TLS 1.3 in transit. Prescription PDFs in private S3 with pre-signed URLs. Audio recordings deleted within 24 hours after processing. DPDP Act 2023 consent collected in Telugu + English at first patient registration.
